  I can't thank the wonderful people at pets eternal enough. I've had a really rough year as I tend to take on animals that need a second chance whether it be an animal in need of vet care that I take on board or just an animal that needs a new home where it will be loved, unfortunately these heart break animals don't always live out their full lifespan with me but all of them deserve to be remembered and every time I've been in contact with pets eternal they've been so incredibly patient with the blubbering mess that I am at the time and completely unjudgmental in comparison to other cremation services that I've used that gave me "how to" guides and pet care information leaflets which was incredibly offensive and unprofessional.

  The team at Pets Eternal have looked after several of our pets and every time we have needed them, they have sent someone so caring, it has made our terrible loss a lot easier to bare. I know that they are looking after our family as well as they would look after their own.

  Thank you to Robyn and Nola for looking after our Golden - Paris. Nola was so respectful and kind to me when she collected Paris from our home in the morning of her passing. I was tearful and over come with sadness but Nola shared some beautiful kind words and stories. She allowed me (but told me I didn't have to) help her with placing her in the van. She was collected within 20 minutes of ringing Robyn. She has now returned 'home'. Robyn and Nola (and other staff) are truly guiding lights in our moments of grief when all we see is fog. X
